I have worked in the office of Humana’s Chief Operating Officer as well as Humana’s Medicaid operations, the Primary Care Doctors initiative, and most recently, Enterprise Solutions. At Humana, change is inevitable. In my search to look for a program that would enhance all aspects of my development to keep up with Humana’s ever-changing culture – ASAP’s PACE Program fit the criteria. The key competencies learned at the Administrative Professionals Conferences and in ASAP’s PACE Program are invaluable tools that have improved my communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. ASAP’s PACE Program not only benefits my professional career, but also enhances my personal life. The flexibility of the program allowed me to apply college courses to satisfy credit requirements. Attending the APC encouraged me to follow my dream of completing my college degree. In December, I will graduate with my Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
