I am an enthusiastic and innovative Quality Manager with over 10 years’ experience in the Quality industry. I have been AP’s Quality Manager for ENPS (Newsroom Computer System) since 2007 and was recently awarded the status of Practitioner from the Charted Quality Institute (PCQI) for the success I have achieved in this role. I have created and implemented an interactive, electronic ISO 9001:2008 Certified Quality Management System for AP ENPS. I have lead the team in achieving continued growth and improvement through the expansion of the QMS Scope and ensured that AP was part of the first wave of companies to successfully transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015. I am an industry champion and a true believer in the benefits of employing a user friendly, easily adaptable QMS in a forward thinking business environment - with the aim of increased efficiency, minimisation of risk and increased opportunity for success - leading to increased revenue and opportunity for growth.
