I’m a Media Consultant and Leadership & Career Coach who is passionate about learning what makes people and organizations tick. I have a track record of:*building high performance teams *leading successful technology and business process transformations *developing effective leaders - coaching them in all aspects of communication, managing 360, leveraging strengths, fostering impactful relationships, leading through influence and practicing self-care and empathy *coaching and mentoring talent from junior level to executive level I’m fascinated by all things related to people development; talent assessments, identifying/growing individual strengths, leadership development, team building, career coaching, succession planning and organizational development. I’m also an experienced Operations and Client Service Professional; having spent over 25 years working in the media industry in different operational/service capacities across TV and digital as well as domestic and international ad sales businesses. Amazingly enough, I spent most of those years at one company and have been fortunate enough to build quite a few departments from the ground up. I am your classic “mailroom story”; I worked my way up from an intern to a Senior Vice President and stopped at every rung on the ladder in between. In my last position as SVP, I was responsible for Ad Sales Operations and Client Service departments across Turner’s TV Networks and Digital Properties both domestically and internationally. Overall this included oversight of ten departments with over 200 staff responsible for the execution and maintenance of approximately $4 billion in ad sales revenue.
