Trish is an accomplished Behavior Analyst, leader, mentor, instructor and invited speaker since Her specialty is in autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays and trauma informed care for behavioral challenges. Trish believes that bringing out the best in others is the best way to bring out the best in yourself. She is a sought after public speaker and interpreter of behavior analysis. Project and executive team management experience in clinical settings, school based settings and in home settings. As an instructor Trish has spoken to the Florida Association of Behavior Analysts, Working with the Experts Speech Pathologist Group, Brevard Public Schools, multiple parent groups and non profit organizations. She has also taught as an adjunct instructor for the University of Central Florida and she is currently certified as a Crisis Prevention instructor for CPI. She is a sought after speaker for her engaging and humorous style of teaching. Trish has always been very active in the community providing workshops and assistance to families and individuals seeking behavioral strategies to socially significant issues. Before 2007, Trish owned and operated the Autism Behavioral Center in Melbourne, Florida. When she was approached by the School System. She was hesitant to give up her thriving practice, but when she realized the capacity of children that she could reach she quickly took the position created for her.
