About Trish Ross
I spent 25 years working in the private sector in training and organizational development. In 2004, I started shifting focus to a non-profit, Midwives on Missions of Service, which trains birth attendants to provide better care and to act as agents for community change. My experience in improving human performance is deep and broad. I have done and managed all aspects of training, coaching, and organizational design. I enjoy building an organization (or rebuilding one) in a way that is consistent with the group's culture and achieves their mission. As a midwife, I am skilled in providing maternity care, childbirth education, lactation support, and information to help a woman have a healthy pregnancy and birth. As an ordained person, I provide leadership as we follow the Way of Jesus, to bring justice and mercy to the world as we walk humbly together.
