I am actively seeking a new Quality Manager or Area Manager position within the health and social care sector. I possess extensive quality management experience gained in the; manufacturing, adult learning, social housing and supported living, LD, complex and clinical care needs and domiciliary care and extra care scheme/care home environments. I have successfully supported organisations to achieve and retain quality system accreditation and registration. I possess a wealth of background experience in; internal, supplier, finance and health and safety auditing, process development and improvement, risk assessment and management, policy creation and document control management. My main passion is supporting services to provide excellent care and support to those that use the service, whilst ensuring safe business growth. Most recently, I have been responsible for the quality management support of c22 domiciliary care branches and extra care schemes across the UK, a combination of company owned and franchise locations. This has also involved, the annual management of internal audits, quality reviews and report writing. I am very adept at fostering and maintaining excellent working relationships. I am a skilled auditor, with the ability to promptly identify risks to the business and the users of the service along with the aptitude to offer working solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
