About Trisha Bailey

Hello, my name is Trisha Bailey. I’m from the Caribbean island of Antigua and am the oldest of 4. I lived most of my life in NY & TX, and now I’m Cali living. I love to tell ppl that although I’m from the Caribbean, NY raised me, TX matured me and now I’m growing in California. I started working at the age of 14, in which I started out in the customer service field of course. First job was McDonalds. Free burgers and delicious fries, why not. Just kidding. I started working at 14, not because I had to, but because I wanted to. I was raised by my parents and grandparents to be independent, work for what I want. I never liked asking for things, since I was a child. I always had the urge to want to work for it. I watched my parents and grandparents work, and it lit an everlasting fire in me that has yet to burn out. Due to my upbringing, the fire instilled in me, hard work, and perseverance, I was able to grow and excel in many areas of my life, inside the workplace and outside in my personal life. I know with my experience, skills, and twenty-one years of customer service I’ve gained over my years of working, I have what it takes. I’m always eager to learn new tasks and take on challenges that are needed for growth. My work ethic is indescribable, the empathy that I show to others, my coworkers, and especially customers, is what made me the person I am today. I’ve worked with good and difficult customers, and some were challenging. I’ve worked with good and bad employers/employees that made the workplace challenging. But because I’m all about positivity, good energy and vibes, I don’t entertain or indulge in negativity and drama. I didn’t allow it to affect my work and what I’m here to do. My current job now and my last job in NY, I didn’t know anything about the positions, but my experience in customer service and background allowed them to offer me that branch. Actions speaks louder than words. I can tell you I’m this and that, and it sounds good, but in all honesty, actions speaks louder than words. My work ethic alone will speak for itself, more than words.
