As a proven leader, I have experience innovating and making an impact at the nation's largest public university. I work with multiple stakeholders to improve our practices and build our culture. I enjoy bringing out the best in others, and I bring experience, professionalism, drive, and a spirit of possibility to my work. I am a driven, open-minded, innovative, and successful change leader with a strong sense of service and commitment to higher education. My strengths include student academic development and success, strategic planning, retention efforts, program assessment, logistics and planning, and staff supervision and leadership. I enjoy presenting locally and nationally on motivation and change, academic advising, utilizing technology, and applying Motivational Interviewing techniques in a variety of settings. I am proud to hold a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, with a dissertation focused on helping undergraduate students begin the honors thesis process. I find joy collaborating with teams to find solutions to problems and to create best practices for new processes. Let’s build something together!
