As a ranch-raised Montana cowgirl, I love new adventures and learning. There’s a high probability I’m the only person you will ever work with, who had a bison growing up. I am driven every day to leave things better than I found them, which includes improving myself. I’m not afraid to work hard, and that drive to outperform myself results in being the best. I embrace challenges, and I can only hope the future holds things to ponder, improve, and push me. I value relationships and represent a business like it’s my own. In ranching, we call it your word, a handshake, but really it comes down to integrity and care. I think the most successful people are humble, open-minded and optimistic. I bring empathy, creativity, a smile and a quick-wit to any project I’m involved with. I hope in sharing my character it reflects what I’m able to achieve, rather than limited parameters resulting from “checklists". I look at things and see them for what they are, but I simultaneously see what they could be. With that being said, I have a strong proven history of developing new accounts, generating sales in competitive markets, ingenuity, improving sales processes, building new relationships and account retention.
