With over 13 years of experience in the IT sector within the banking industry I bring a unique blend of functional and technical expertise. My background spans finance vendor management branch operations loan management and business growth which has provided me with a deep understanding of banking operations from both a business and technical perspective. In my current role as a Branch Head at Punjab National Bank I leverage my leadership and management skills to drive business performance while overseeing branch operations. My previous experience includes a key role in the successful NEFT/RTGS data migration during the United Bank of India and Punjab National Bank merger where I utilized my technical proficiency in SQL PHP Python and ASP.Net to ensure a smooth transition. I have also contributed to multiple IT initiatives including the implementation of RTGS/NEFT Lotus Mail SAP CRM and networking solutions in the MIS department of UBI. My ability to analyze risks manage vendors and enhance operational efficiency has been crucial in achieving business objectives. I am proficient in tools such as MS Office Excel(Advanced) Python Tableau Eclipse for Java and both MySQL and Oracle databases and I thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments that require critical thinking and adaptability.
