As a Learning and Development Manager at L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited, I led the design and implementation of various skill development programs for over employees across multiple locations. I partnered with senior leaders, managers, and external vendors to assess the learning needs, design the curricula, and deliver the training sessions. With an ongoing PhD in Human Resources Development from NMIMS, I have a strong academic background and a passion for research and innovation in the field of learning and development. I have also acquired multiple certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Basic Gestalt Therapy, which enhance my ability to provide effective coaching and feedback to the learners and the trainers. With over 6 years of experience in the L&D domain, I have developed competencies in skill development, training and development, employee training, and project management. My mission is to enable the employees to achieve their full potential and align their skills with the organizational goals and values.
