Passionate about curating integrated propositions which are fundamentally human, but made possible by fit-for-purpose technology, and drives impactful transformation across product service design, user experience, operating model and ways of working. In his current role, Trishit carries a dual accountability of Go-To-Market and practice leadership. On GTM side, he leads a high impact squad of practitioners chartered on shaping relationship, value proposition and end-end solution for marquee, transformational pursuits across Europe. As the Europe leader of Enterprise Architecture group, he is accountable for growing, maturing and nurturing all round architecture capability as well as business performance of the team. Pursuing varied leadership responsibilities with a blend of consultative sales, thought leadership and practice management - converging into all important agenda of accelerated business growth. Enabling the above accountability and charters, Trishit is actively involved in conceptualising & designing service offerings on operating model transformation and business architecture.
