About Trishul Metha

Trishul Metha has an industrial engineering degree with relevant industry experience in a management role and project lead. Combined with having a strong engineering background, Trishul is passionate about finding sustainable solutions to problems by using a systematic and analytical approach and has developed the skill of problem solving across multiple projects. With his time at Two-a-Day Group and Green cross, he gained a variety of project experience across industries, with a primary focus on optimisation and improvement in various areas to ultimately reduce inefficiencies and save costs. With his time as Production Line Manager at Chiltern Farms, he has demonstrated that is he able to fulfil the role and its responsibilities above expectations and simultaneously lead project which are aimed at continuous improvement which is where his interest lies. In his current role as a supply chain Team Lead at Pick n Pay, he has leant and demonstrated analytical and logical expertise in he’s approach to forecast and execute demand planning requirements across all Pick n Pay sites nationally for critical portfolios. This is achieved through weekly collaboration with stakeholders such as commercial, logistical departments and vendors. Further he has led and managed new starters to become developed and analytical planners for the PNP. Frequently he has been involved in managerial projects with focusing on holistic cross functional improvements to the PNP and external stakeholders.
