With a solid foundation in Film and Broadcast from my formal education, I ventured into the dynamic world of media and technology immediately post-graduation. I initially honed my skills on set as a Grip in the film industry and expanded my technical repertoire as a Videographer and Editor at 1188, creating engaging content for commercials and music videos. My career took an innovative turn when I joined Quantum Capture, a startup focused on digital doubles and virtual reality. Here, I mastered Unreal Engine and delved into photogrammetry, contributing to the development of small games and VR content. This role paved the way for my growing fascination with Virtual Production—a field that perfectly synergized my diverse skill set. Seizing the opportunity to shape the future of production, I transitioned to Pixomondo, a trailblazer in virtual production based in Toronto. As a Lead Technician, I've significantly contributed to refining camera tracking technologies and developing custom tracking solutions. My role has evolved to include managing and operating stages globally for major television series and motion pictures, showcasing my ability to lead in high-stakes environments. I am passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and creativity, continually seeking new challenges that leverage my unique blend of technical expertise and creative acumen.
