I am a business administration professional with over 20 years of experience in sales, distribution, territory, and key accounts management across various sectors. Since October 2022, I have been working as an Alcohol Licensing Inspector at Auckland Council, where I am responsible for ensuring that alcohol premises comply with the Sales and Supply of Alcohol Act, by conducting inspections, investigations, and education. In my current role, I leverage my compliance and enforcement skills, customer service and relationship management skills, and sales and business development skills to achieve positive outcomes for the council and the community. I have a proven track record of improving compliance rates, resolving complaints, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as the NZ Police, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. I am also a subject matter expert for regulatory compliance, enhancing my personal and team's multi-skilling level.
