About Tristan Tripp

I am a Certified Pharmacy Technician during the day, and self-taught game developer any other time I get the chance. My passion has always been in the gaming industry, or some form of computer technology. I studied two years at but wasn’t able to find an internship to complete my degree. Since then I’ve become a Certified Pharmacy Technician, but still wish to get back into either programming or IT fields as those fields are closer to my passions and interests. For Game Development software I am currently learning GDScript through the Godot Engine, and once I feel comfortable in my ability in that language will switch to the Industry standard languages: C++/C# and Java. So far I have been learning by taking online Udemy courses focused on specific languages. Learning hands on has always been a better approach for me as I feel most comfortable when guided the right direction. If you have any tips for someone delving into this journey, I am extremely interested in hearing any. I enjoy meeting others and forming connections.
