About Tristin Stephens

I’m an IT support professional with over 5 years of combined experience in technical support, customer service, and retail operations. With a strong foundation in computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting, I specialize in diagnosing and resolving system issues, installing and configuring devices, and providing exceptional end-user support. Currently completing my Associate Degree in Network Systems Management at Midlands Technical College, I’ve gained hands-on experience with Cisco routers, VoIP systems, and tools like Wireshark and Webex. My certifications include CompTIA A+(Parts 1 & 2) and Security+, underscoring my commitment to staying current with industry standards and best practices. In my role as an IT Support Technician with Richland School District Two, I’ve contributed to system-wide installations, software upgrades, and the resolution of day-to-day tech issues—playing a key role in keeping classrooms and staff tech-ready. My past roles at GNC and Lexington Dry Cleaners have strengthened my communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills. Driven, adaptable, and passionate about technology, I’m always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and make a positive impact within forward-thinking IT teams.
