Regenerative medicine Prior to Foundation Medicine, Troy served as Senior Vice President and Officer at Genentech, where he led US BioOncology for a period of unprecedented growth to over $12 billion, participating in the launch of nearly half of the products from the world’s oncology leader, while accountable to help steer the Roche Genentech R&D portfolio. Before Genentech, Troy held executive and senior roles of increasingly broad accountabilities including President UCB BioPharmaceuticals, Senior Vice President Sanofi-Aventis and diverse foundational roles at Schering-Plough. Troy received his MBA at the University of Missouri and BBA in Finance from the University of Kentucky. Troy is a proud father with his husband residing primarily in Miami Beach and a frequent visitor to Boston, San Francisco, Seattle, NYC, Geneva, Dublin and London.
