Troy brings over 25 years of experience in Big 4 consulting and Fortune 500 executive roles, with an emphasis on delivery of large-scale strategic transformation. He was also Co-Founder and Managing Partner of a professional services firm (Credere Group) which was acquired by Eliassen Group in 2019. Prior to founding Credere Group, Troy was a Sr. Vice President of Operations with Western Union, a $6B company. He had responsibility for more than employees and partner staff in more than 20 locations around the world. While at Western Union he led numerous global transformation initiatives addressing many of the company’s most critical strategic objectives. He also spent nearly 12 years in consulting at Accenture, PwC, and IBM where he led consulting engagements for some of the world’s most recognized brands. His client work included strategy, system implementations, business process re-engineering, and organizational change initiatives.
