26 years of Marine sales and marine management experience. 26 years of finance and marketing experience. I have taken our partnerships to the highest levels attainable in our field and maintained top tier status every year since 1998. This level of sales performance has been awarded yearly with every manufacturer we have partnered with. Personably been awarded salesman of the year from multiple manufacturers. With the support of the current company, we have maintained a 100 percent CSI score with one major partner for 10 plus years. An achievement I am proud of. To sell a great product can be easy. To gain and maintain the trust of the people and companies you are dealing with and have years of sales with those clients is difficult. This is an area I thrive in and look forward to. Working in the marine field for 26 plus years in every aspect of a marine dealership has allowed me to learn every job involved with running a top dealership. I have been teaching new boaters and delivering new boats to these customers for 26 plus years. I have delivered and or taught boating techniques to thousands of new boaters and seasoned boaters with a on water-based delivery process that has taken decades to refine and perfect. Developing a sales strategy and putting that into effect yearly with an always evolving process to be successful. The marine sales business is forever changing with the demands of the customer. Having and marketing the correct product is key to this success. The marine business is unique as you cannot just take any product you want and sell it. You need to align and work with a partner/ manufacturer that is not already in your established area and turn that partners /manufactures product into something wanted and sought after to maintain a high level of sales. Our level of achievements was accomplished with new products not known names already established which just added to the challenge and rewards! Working on the water for decades now and dealing with people that are mostly looking to buy into a fun lifestyle has been most rewarding!
