I am always looking to do things better. Challenging the process is the key to forging new paths! Just because something has always been done the same way, doesn't always mean that it is the best way. Taking a step back and finding a new perspective creates fresh outlooks and new insights. I am lucky to have over 20 years with a company like Verizon. Throughout my career I have been allowed to challenge processes and come up with new ways of getting the job done. Coaching and motivating employees to do their best is a fulfilling role. It is challenging to find the little spark that ignites a persons inner fire. Once you discover what their motivation is, amazing things happen. The people who make a difference are not the ones with credentials, but the ones with concern. Remember. Not everything counted counts and not everything that counts can be counted. Stay focused, work hard, know your numbers, and be disciplined. If you do those things and take care of your people, the likelihood of being successful is very, very high.
