About Troy Lyver

In 2011, Troy opened the doors for Lyver Engineering and Design. His dream of one day owning his own firm was realized. With this opportunity, Troy has the ability to work with clients of his choosing and to establish those long term relationships that help to make everyone involved successful. This venture also allows Troy to stay involved with his coaching of football at La Salle College Prep High School; and to be more involved with his children's school and activities. Troy has a wide range of structural engineering experience. He has been the principal designer for numerous projects including residential construction (one-family and multi-family), educational buildings, mid-rise residential and commercial towers, bridge structures, industrial projects, and municipality improvements. These projects involved the use of regular reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, masonry, steel, and timber materials. We are here to assist with all aspects of your design from intiial planning to construction observation and construction engineering. NO job is too little or too large! Specialties: Structural engineering of small to large projects.
