About Troy Muenzer

Hi, my name is Troy Muenzer and I have been working in Flight Service since 2016. Since graduating from college, I have gone on to become an adaptable professional who has been consistently praised as hard working and customer service friendly by both my former and current colleagues and managers. Over the course of my career, I’ve developed a skill set including but not limited to conflict resolution, customer communications, and complete customer satisfaction. Overall, I have consistently demonstrated communication, management, and organizational abilities in every aspect of my career, including in my flight attendant role at American Airlines and manager trainee position at Enterprise. While earning my university degree, I lived in three different states and two different countries. Living in Hawaii, California, Spain and Virginia yielded deeply rich experiences. Engaging with such varied cultures thoroughly prepared me for obtaining a career where I can work with a wide range of people admirably. Enrolled as a full time student, I was the sports editor for my school newspaper as well as an athlete on an NCAA Division 1 college football team. This experience taught me how to manage my time and balance all aspects of my life. I graduated from college in May of 2012. I am a very passionate, detail oriented, and hard working person. I am seeking to work a position for a company that will continue to challenge me and that I can help to be successful.
