About Troy Nevil

Hello! My name is Troy, and I am a Political Science student at USC driven by a deep commitment to justice, equity, and public service. My academic and extracurricular work centers on the intersection of politics, policy, law, and media—fields I believe are essential to creating lasting social change. Whether I’m contributing to the student body experience at USC through student government, working with JusticeCorps to expand access to legal resources, or giving back to our local South Central community in USC Helenes, I’m motivated by a desire to serve others and build more accountable, responsive systems. Looking ahead, I hope to continue this work through political and legal advocacy, policymaking, and research that bridges the gap between institutions and the people they serve.
