I have a unique skill set of being a CFA, CA and Stanford leadership trained with over 12 year’s CFO experience from large corporate environments through to smaller PE owned businesses. This includes having delivered a successful business turnaround in a crisis, to delivering growth models end to end through buy, run and sell stages for owners including PE. I have delivered above expectation returns on investment via careful strategic and commercial initiative implementation. I have a mixture of aviation, logistics, infrastructure, IT, mining / resources sector experiences. My commercial skill sets are highly transferable. I can quickly identify underperformance areas and develop strategies for a business to create and maximise value through actionable strategies. A key strength of mine is developing & building high performing teams that operate with high energy, positivity that deliver. My experience is not just in running traditional finance, commercial, IT, property, legal, tax, treasury, strategy and investor relations functions, but I have COO functional experience across operations and commercial sales with practical experience around best practice safety and compliance.
