About Troy Sticklen

My degree in Getting The Job Done (from the Australian University of Life) started with a Lego house when I was about five. The construction industry was a natural fit for me and I’m proud to have helped build over 100+ display homes.Like most with experience on the tools, interesting offers pop up out of left-field. I spent time in the CSG industry where I gained insight into poly pipeline installation. An opportunity to explore the more technical side of plastic pipelines followed doing weld strength analysis for a testing laboratory.Joining PLASSON Australia allowed me to bring together my hands-on skills in construction, knowledge of the technical side of the plastics industry, insights from CSG and real-world experience of solving problems on the job and in the field.I’m a big believer in do what you say you will. And like the PLASSON brand, for me reliability is non-negotiable.On a personal level, I am a keen snowboarder and an avid angler with a passion for ‘catch n release’ fishing sustainability. My goal is to see future generations of kids becoming as passionate about the great outdoors, fishing and looking after our environment as I am.
