About Troy Sullivan

I am a probate and estate planning attorney with over 20 years of experience assisting clients throughout the North Shore of Boston and Cape Ann area in Massachusetts. What differentiates my practice from other law firms is the responsiveness and service provided to my clients. I understand when you have estate planning, probate and other issues, you are placing your faith in me for help. That’s one reason I always return phone calls within 24 hours to answer any questions a client may have. I worked for a large law firm for a while but decided to open my own practice and concentrate in probate, estate and life planning. I focus on trusts, wills, health care proxies, life planning, probate, special needs trusts and trust administration. I recognize that every one of my clients has different circumstances and goals. My objective is to become a lifetime advisor and counsel to clients and their families – to guide them through life, business and financial decisions. I meet with clients to help them make certain they and their families are provided for in case of incapacity or death. I also consult with families who are dealing with a loved one’s passing and help them through the legal process. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where I earned a Cum Laude bachelor’s degree. I received my Cum Laude Juris Doctorate from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, where I was also a member of their Law Review. On a personal note, I live in Rockport with my amazing wife and three wonderful daughters. I’m an avid supporter of many non-profit organizations including The Smile Train, ONE, Water.org, International Rescue Committee, PBS, The Jimmy Fund and Boston’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
