It was an incredible experience helping others set and reach their goals, and watch them truly change their life through fitness. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I specialized in athletic performance, strength training, and weight loss. My clients have ranged from 8 to 88 years old with a wide variety of goals. I started my own athleisure-wear company in 2021, Top Tier Threads. Wanting to blend performance and style, my goal was to create a brand that made others look and feel their best. The name represents the mission, which is, continuous improvement. The desire to challenge yourself, push the limits, become better every day. I am a Penn State graduate with a degree in Business Management and minors in Business Law and Entrepreneurship.
