About Troy Terrell

I went to a small school in Louisiana where I excelled in basketball. I played college basketball my roommate was Shaquille O’Neal. I went over seas and played basketball, in Japan, Germany, Philippians, and Mexico. I had great coaches who instilled me in teamwork, leadership, and team building. I had hardworking parents who were both in sales. They taught me work ethic but most of all how to talk to people and read people. I started a non-profit called Dynamite Basketball. For 27 years we traveled the world using a basketball to teach 11-14 year olds about Character, hope, peace, and love. We went to the worse neighborhoods in America from New York to LA. From that many things opened up. I have spoken in over a middle and high schools in America on those principles. I lived in Africa in a little village for 6 months teaching those principles. I was invited to speak @ a convention where everyone was running for President but me. It was on Cspan till they didn’t like my message so they cut the air. It’s on YouTube. I got invited to speak to over people. I was speaking from the Nation’s Capital steps in Washington DC. I have raised over 11 million dollars for many causes. Many organizations wanted to hire me just to raise money but I declined. For 27 years I raised money for our camps. Each summer cost around dollars. I love selling! If you have a great product it’s easy. But… I had to sell vision. Sit down with a CEO of a company and sell him to give dollars with no instant return. So selling a product is easy, but selling vision takes guts, skills, and most of all being real and building relationships. I am a Sales Consultant for ALSCO uniforms. Many ask why did you stop doing what you were doing. I will tell you why I was on the road 20 days a month. I have two boys 18 months apart and my dad was @ everything I was in and played in. Money you can always get but time you will never get back. So I will give it my best shot to never miss my boys growing up! There is zero excuse for not being top in your business. I have been here a little over 2 years and make more than the GM’s and managers. NEVER GIVE UP!
