In addition, I had the privilege of leading the battery shop on post, where my team and I achieved remarkable results. We successfully reduced a 300-battery backlog to zero within just a few months, demonstrating my leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. This military experience instilled in me invaluable qualities like discipline, adaptability, and precision, which continue to drive my career today. In my civilian career, I've leveraged my technical proficiency to create meaningful impact. One notable achievement was the implementation of Pydio Cells software, replacing an old and sluggish SFTP setup. This upgrade drastically improved data transfer speeds, reducing the time required to transfer large amounts of critical data from days to just a few hours. This data is used to support law enforcement in their fight against child exploitation, providing them with a powerful tool to enhance their efforts. My technical expertise extends to Linux, Windows, and Mac OS installations and setup, computer building and repair, mobile and desktop application QA, WordPress website setup, and website UI design. I also excel in remote desktop support, eCommerce platform setup (including Shopify websites), and software installation and setup.
