About Troy Wilch

With Assisting Hands: • I’m a Co-owner of Assisting Hands Home Care in San Antonio, TX, which provides in-home care for the elderly, disabled, and anyone who needs assistance with daily activities. Our primary goals in supporting our clients are to promote their quality of life and maximum independence. I’ve always had a passion for helping people and enriching the lives of others, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue doing so daily. • I served as a Navy Corpsman working in the ER, ICU, Surgical and Physical Therapy until I decided to support the Marines as a Doc. I enjoyed working with the Marines so much that I decided to also become a Marine following my Navy service. • My partner Nancy runs the day-to-day operations and has been a career Nurse her entire life. She worked bedside for 20+ years, then as a Nurse Manager during COVID, a Nurse educator at Galen teaching the next generation of young nurses, a legal nurse consultant and finally a House administrator controlling the chaos and putting out fires. With Leidos: I am also working for Leidos as a Site Reliability Engineer to provide thought leadership in proactive monitoring and automation, enhancing the reliability of US Navy systems worldwide. I have previously held roles at Microsoft where I had the privilege of supporting all branches of the military, Defense Health and the VA implementing world class IT solutions. Technologies: I spend a lot of time (hobbies if you will) developing business process automated solutions integrated with AI for Upwork projects. I primarily use n8n with its multi-agent capabilities and integrate Make.com for the vast application integrations. I built my business, and my brother's Home building business, on the back of Microsoft 365. We utilize everything from Teams, Intune, Defender and Pureview with HIPPA policies for our SharePoint document portal. I added Co-Pilot studio to automate my needs with internal processes, and use n8n, Make, Relevance AI for all external processes to slowly remove me from technical needs (Sales funnels, Marketing campaigns, Social media, research and events etc.) so I can transition more time in my community meeting and caring for those that we help.
