I lead complex programs from strategy to delivery by building high-performing teams, aligning stakeholders, and producing measurable results. With 25+ years across international development and sustainability, I have scaled portfolios from zero to $40M, negotiated and managed large national programs, and introduced tech-enabled approaches using data, analytics, and AI to improve decision-making and execution in complex environments. My work spans government, corporate, and nonprofit ecosystems. I structure public–private partnerships, strengthen implementation and performance management, and help teams translate policy and investment goals into practical delivery. The common thread is building programs that create real benefits for underserved communities, smallholder farmers, families, and the public institutions that serve them. I focus on outcomes, transparency, and solutions that work in the real world. I currently serve as Project Manager and Team Lead for the Program Management Consultancy for MCA-Indonesia II with CDM Smith, supporting a complex portfolio and helping teams deliver with discipline, clarity, and quality. I am at my best where accountability meets innovation, turning ambitious plans into durable systems, stronger partnerships, and results that hold up under scrutiny.
