About Trude Viole Stene

My purpose is to create impactful solutions that harmonize social responsibility with environmental sustainability. As a seasoned founder, social entrepreneur, and impact investor, I focus on advancing education, fostering economic empowerment, conserving biodiversity, and promoting healthier lifestyles for marginalized and developing populations worldwide. I am the Founder and CEO of Triple Solution AG, a Swiss impact company that combines ethically sourced botanicals with advanced Swiss science to create highly effective, sustainable skincare. Beyond healthy skincare, our mission extends to biodiversity conservation and empowering women in sourcing regions such as the Amazon, the Himalayas, and Northern Uganda. As the Founder and President of Future4Children, established in 2007, I have worked to address critical needs globally, from supporting orphanages and schools to empowering women financially and protecting them from domestic violence. Today, our efforts focus on Africa, where we support 3,800 children across four schools through innovative food security initiatives and educational enhancements, while empowering 140 women with training and investment programs. I also serve on advisory boards, mentor entrepreneurs, and advocate for sustainable business practices. Outside of work, I am a passionate sailor and kite surfer who also enjoys running, hiking, skiing, and immersing myself in books, art, ballet, and classical music. Traveling and cultural exchanges continuously inspire my curiosity and fuel my commitment to global impact.
