Trudi is a highly successful and prolific business woman and a leading light in the field of Consulting. She has an extensive and proven track record in helping organisations deliver business success. A highly seasoned Consultant and Executive Coach, Trudi coaches Executives and top teams within a variety of organisations. She has a reputation for engaging in very challenging dialogue, being ambitious for her clients and genuinely believing they can bring about the required change. Trudi’s career started in retail where she progressed from a Graduate Management Trainee to Senior Manager at Marks and Spencer responsible for managing major change projects. She went on to hold a Board level position at another major retail brand. In 1993 Trudi joined Martyn Dawes in creating drc (Dawes Ryan Consulting) a change management consultancy. The business went on to become one of the leading practices in the UK working with many entrepreneurial, large and blue chip organisations (in the UK, US & Asia) to achieve real and lasting improvements in individual and business performance. Trudi spearheaded the creation of Coachmatch in 2007, a unique business model that allows organisations to outsource coaching and the management of executive coaching with confidence, maximizing both development of leadership talent and achievement of business goals. In 2018 Trudi and the team at Coachmatch took the decision to create Wondrous. Wondrous exists so that every organisation and person within can be Wondrous.
