About Trudy Beetham

I am a HR professional working to improve employee's time at work and for employers to benefit from a more engaged and productive workforce. I love to see my colleagues and apprentices grow in confidence through formal training but also, by making presentations to colleagues and stepping out of their comfort zones. My quality work gives me a huge insight into all the workings of the business from leadership down to the shop floor, and back up again! I enjoy writing the staff newsletter and am always trying to improve communication between all sites. Audits are not my favourite thing but something we all have to work through. I've been successful in leading the organisation through the last re-certification audit and most recent surveillance audit, as well as two customers audits in the last 12 months. My previous 12 or so years of work have been in accounts and I have experience in both paid and voluntary roles. I enjoy working as part of a team, driving change and looking forward. I have lots of energy and drive and enjoy chairing meetings, being organised and efficient!
