About True Panza

My name is True Panza, and I am a third-year student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I am currently majoring in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies with certificates in Italian and Entrepreneurship. I am interested in having a future career in marketing in my hometown–Los Angeles, California. This summer I am looking for an internship that helps me narrow down my interests, and gain more experience before I graduate in the spring of 2025. I am passionate about fashion, marketing, and retail, so I am hoping to find an internship that combines these interests. For the past two years, I have been working in retail at Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie, which has helped me learn more about what retail entails and has exposed me to different marketing strategies. These jobs have taught me a lot about the company–URBN–and also allowed me to pursue my interests of retail and fashion. I am taking a majority of my Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies classes next year (Fall 2024), but so far my classes have taught me how to use Virtual Reality to interact with consumers, the importance of design thinking (or catering to the consumers), and the basics of how retail businesses are run. I hope to use my current skills and knowledge to supplement my future career enedeavors!
