I am a Customer Service Representative at Liquid Intelligent Technologies, a leading provider of internet and cloud services in Africa. I have a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems (BCom IS) from Midlands State University, and I am currently pursuing a Data Science certification from the Centre for Social Science Research. I have strong skills in product development, marketing, and databases, as well as a passion for customer satisfaction and innovation. In my current role, I listen to customers' concerns, issues, and questions through incoming calls, and resolve them to the company's ability. I also generate sales leads by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns, and recommending possible products to meet the customers' needs. Additionally, I troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose and repair faults, and resolve network issues. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of professionals who share the same vision of delivering high-quality and affordable internet and cloud solutions to our customers. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn new skills, apply data-driven insights, and contribute to the digital transformation of Africa.
