My leadership approach is grounded in listening, empowering others, fostering inclusivity and implementing growth at scale. For over two decades I have managed multi million pound budgets, ensuring financial compliance and educational excellence across diverse portfolios. I have previously held positions as Deputy CEO, Interim CEO, Executive Headteacher and Principal. My commitment to compassionate leadership, transformative education and the pursuit of equity for all learners remains at the core of my professional ethos.
