Hello! I'm Tuane Melo, but you can call me Tuca. I hold a degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Project Management, with technical courses in High Performance in B2B and B2C customer service. I am currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations. With over 10 years of experience in project management, sales, customer service, experience, and success, I have a diverse and committed career path. In Pedagogical Tourism, I worked at the largest Educational Camp in Latin America, Nosso Recanto, serving traditional, American, and British schools from all over Brazil. At CI Intercâmbio, I was responsible for managing the pedagogical department and developing the new brand project, Trilha Educação. My international experience includes leading teen exchange groups, working with renowned institutions such as Oxford, Ardmore, Tamwood, ELS, among others. Currently, at Make-A-Wish Brasil, I am responsible for managing corporate fundraising strategy, relationships with partners and supporters, and school volunteering. I have trained employees from major companies like BOFA, ENEL, EDWARDS, and CARDIF BNP in the MAWB methodology, focused on soft skills and design thinking. I actively participate in global meetings representing Brazil, seeking project alignment, fundraising, and partnerships. I use tools like CRM, SalesForce, Monday, and IQuatro to optimize processes and achieve results. I believe that creating good experiences transforms not only the customer's life but also their relationship with the brand and the company's story.
