Through my years of experience in Research, I have perfected my skills in quantitative/qualitative research techniques using and enhancing my experience in research design, data analysis, interpretation and communication of the findings. I strongly believe that research should be at the bottom of any decision-making, program/process evaluation or evidence-based public policy development. My qualifications include: •15+ years of Marketing Research Experience in both the client and supplier side, which helped me build broad research knowledge on different research methodologies and approaches such as: various qualitative techniques (ethnography, psychoanalysis, online diaries, traditional focus groups and in-depth interviews), and quantitative techniques (segmentation/profiling, market sizing, usage & attitudes, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, social media analysis, website effectiveness, creative/ campaign effectiveness testing, advertising tracking, product development and brand health tracking) • Exceptional planning and research abilities with a focus on priorities, results and outcomes. I have an intense drive to achieve results • Solid experience in identifying business information needs, developing performance measures/frameworks, setting action standards, designing methodologies/surveys, interpreting/analyzing complex data and effectively communicating the results to the stakeholders • Extensive experience in managing internal and external stakeholders and building effective working relationships with them to deliver best quality research approach and insights • In-depth knowledge about the procurement process in developing business cases, following guidelines, liaising with business groups and managing all aspects of Request for Proposal process •Computer proficient with Windows, MS Office applications, SPPS.
