About Tucker Radecki

My name is Tucker Radecki and I am the Senior Investment Manager at Upsher Management Company, a fifth-generation single-family office. Upsher invests in disruptive innovation, deploying capital across early-stage venture capital, growth equity, core private equity, and in public markets. Every 10 years, the firm researches and targets durable, decade-long themes to complement the heritage healthcare strategy. Starting in 2020, UMC identified geopolitical turbulence as an investable theme, pursuing industries where the firm has a unique edge and insight to connect the dots from geopolitics, to geoeconomics, to the capital markets. The primary sectors underlying the ‘Geopolitical Investing’ program include Defense Innovation, Energy Security, Applied AI & Computing Power, and Advanced Manufacturing.Previously, I co-founded IN-HOUSE, a institutionally venture-backed next-generation ecommerce marketplace for influencer brands. Before IN-HOUSE, I worked at global cosmetics leader L'Oréal Group on the Maybelline New York brand. I also bring prior experience in M&A and Business Development. I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in International Business and minor in Economics from The George Washington University. I am also an active member of the Council on Foreign Relations' Young Professionals Program.
