About Tudor Cringaci

Hi, I’m Tudor Cringaci. With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, I’ve built my career across production, process engineering and customer-facing roles, developing a strong understanding of how manufacturing decisions impact product performance and customer satisfaction. My experience includes involvement in new product launches for major OEM customers, as well as coordination of complex customer escalations requiring fast alignment, structured problem-solving and clear ownership. I have contributed to projects delivering measurable results — from process optimization and cost reduction to quality and output improvements — always with a focus on stability and long-term performance. I’m particularly interested in the link between robust processes, effective communication and customer trust in complex manufacturing environments. I value clarity, accountability and practical solutions that work not only on paper, but on the shop floor.
