About Tudor Vulpe

As the founder of Floating Dots, a software development company based in Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, I lead a team of talented web & mobile developers and project managers who deliver high-quality solutions for clients across various industries and domains. We specialize in web development and mobile application development, and we are always eager to take on new challenges. I am also the co-founder of Studhub, a web application that serves as a hub for students to share courses, lectures, homework, and lab work in an organized environment. Studhub was born out of a passion for innovation and education, and it has been featured in ILikeIT, ProTV. I have a bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Universitatea Tehnică din Cluj-Napoca, and I am an active member of the Cluj IT Cluster, an innovation-based value chain network of Romanian IT. I love tech, innovation, challenges, and unconventional thinkers, and I am always open to chat about new ideas or opportunities.
