About Tuesday Rowan

I have 10+ years of experience working in the healthcare most specifically in the hospital setting as a Registered Nurse. For over 5 of those years I have been working in leadership. I have been awarded opportunities to work with patients receiving all levels of care in the acute setting from surgical to medical and intermediate care. Over my time in healthcare I have worked on countless projects helping create better patient flow processes, improve the patient experience and drive quality ratings reported out for LeapFrog. I hope to take my career to the next level being able to effect change on the larger scale by overseeing multiple departments within a hospital or healthcare service line. To continue to grow my career and knowledge base I have taken on multiple departments for interim coverage (at least three times) and recently started work towards my MBA. I have been noted by my peers and senior leaders to understand the "Big Picture" and find solutions to many problems. I have built great working relationships with leaders in all areas as well as with front line nursing staff to continue to drive success within my current organization.
