Experienced polymer technologist with 10+ years in rubber compounding, testing, and process development. Specialized in the development, processing, and quality control of polymer materials and products. Both my current and previous roles involve researching and selecting appropriate rubber compounds, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring that rubber products meet performance and safety standards. Expert in handling co-rotating twin screw extruder to manage complex extrusion processes for rubber materials. Possess hands-on experience with lab-scale internal mixers such as the Haake Rheomix, as well as Banbury and Intermix mixers.My proficiency extends to both polar and conventional elastomers, utilizing a range of rubber processing and testing equipment, including two-roll mills, Mooney viscometers, ODR (Oscillating Disk Rheometer), MDR (Moving Die Rheometer), RPA (Rubber Process Analyzer), and UTM (Universal Testing Machine). Skilled at simulating polymeric materials and conducting Taguchi analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE) for process optimization. My capabilities also include advanced characterization like thermal analysis using DSC, TGA, Py-GC-MS, molecular spectroscopy (FTIR, NMR, XPS, Raman), and dynamic mechanical analysis. Experienced in Modular Compact Rheometer (MCR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and gel permeation chromatography (GPC), along with various microscopic techniques like SEM, HRTEM, AFM for in-depth material characterization and quality control.
