With over nine years of professional experience, my core competencies in client services and banking solutions have flourished, particularly at Decimal Technologies, where I currently serve as a Customer Success Manager. The organization's mission to revolutionize fintech resonates deeply with my own professional ethos. My role enables me to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table, fostering a culture of innovation and customer satisfaction. At Decimal Technologies, my journey began in February 2023, where I have been instrumental in strengthening client relationships and ensuring top-tier service delivery. Leveraging my IT solutions expertise, I've contributed to our team's efforts in maintaining excellent CSAT ratings. My previous tenure as a Relationship Manager at Kotak Mahindra Group has honed my skills in managing sales, budgets, and partnerships, all of which I now apply to drive success in the dynamic world of fintech.
