Growing up as an ambivert kid I loved observing people the way they spoke reacted to situations and the impact words hold. These observaitions have clearly shaped my career and interpersonal skills in a positive way. My ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds has become a valuable asset in my professional life. 15 years working in the Australian Market I would say I have hit a gold mine having the opportunity to work for varied business models including global consulting firms financial services FMCG start-ups and more recently with a government agency. This varied experience has positioned me well for roles involving C-suite management talent strategy and acquisition workforce planning people management and career coaching. My passion lies in understanding people's motivations help them seek their potential and finding meaningful jobs to progress through their careers. My ability to connect genuinely with others while being comfortable with self-reflection is a powerful combination in today's workplace. Working amongst a group of driven yet humble people is rewarding for me. I continuously seek to develop relevant skills and sensitivities to navigate through dynamic work environments successfully.
