About Tulsi Patel

As a Clinical Supervisor at Bay Area Community Health, I oversaw the daily operations of the mobile clinics, ensuring efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction. I managed the clinics’ needs and resources, including inventory and funds, and worked closely with the physicians and staff to coordinate and optimize patient care. I also participated in training and education programs to improve staff productivity and performance, and develop and implement standard operation procedures, KPIs, healthcare revenue, and logistics. I was actively involved in a project to launch five new mobile clinics to serve in the Bay Area. I have acquired an MBA in Healthcare Management at University of Delaware. My goal is to leverage my background in medicine and patient care, which I gained through medical school in India and my internship at Shree Krishna Hospital, to advance my career in the healthcare industry. I have sound knowledge in direct patient care along with the logistics and data surrounding healthcare, including EMR, billing, insurance, and pharmaceuticals, IT/IS operations. I have also obtained certifications in ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association.
