About Tumelo Sithole

Excellent customer service is the most important aspect of the hospitality industry to ensure guests enjoy their trip with memorable experiences. At the beginning of my career I worked as a receptionist at Sun1 hotel, dealing with guests directly and over the telephone, communication, I then moved to Wilro Tours which is a tour operator company, I mostly worked in the office, with limited guests interaction, I also managed the companies fleet, building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers. I was "employee of the year 2017" at Wilro. Communication and understanding is needed all the time in the workplace to benefit all parties involved in the process. In 2019 I started working for Sanctuary Retreats in the Logistics and Procurement department, dealing with exports and purchasing operational equipment and any other required items for lodges in Southern and East Africa. I learned a lot of new things in my career and have improved as an individual. I'm a very dedicated individual and hard worker and also a fast learner who is always willing to learn.
