I am an upgrowing leader in Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environmental and Quality (HSSEQ) Professional with background in Environmental Science, having over 10 years of experience, hand-on approach, proven technical knowledge in safety and environmental management and over a decade experience in career general. Managing people, processes and performances towards regulatory compliance and standard requirements. I am a strategic, technical, tech-driven solution focused with organizational structure management. Experience in high-risk project safety management (risks and opportunities) with in-depth knowledge in developing and implementing effective HSE programs/managing workplace safety with understanding the policies and procedures to incorporate best practices to the systems of work based on informed decisions that allow organization to focus in making profits, achieving longtime development plans and sustainability. My experience spans across various industries; oil and gas, construction, transport and logistics, facilities and environmental management and research (i.e. social, infrastructural and environmental sustainability research) with a fleeting experience in the telecoms industry. Currently working in an oil and gas Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) industry. My management problem solving skills, safety cost effective and technicality have helped in building an employee's safety culture, improving performance, leading to operational standards that go beyond compliance in achieving project timing and success delivery. Passionate about technology and leadership development. I belong to the school of thought that says,"learning is a continuous process". And as I learn, I also teach to impact.
